Why We Created This Experience
We created the Day of Restoration for the woman who keeps showing up—even when she is running on empty.
The woman who is strong, capable, and dependable… but quietly tired in a way she doesn’t always have words for. The one who knows how to hold everything together for everyone else, yet rarely has space held for her.
So much of life asks us to keep going without pause. To push through. To manage, respond, perform, and carry on. But the soul was never designed to live in a constant state of depletion.
The Day of Restoration is a sacred interruption. Not to fix you. Not to add more to your life. Not to ask anything from you at all.
But to create space where you can finally set things down—expectations, pressure, noise, responsibility—and simply be a woman in the presence of peace.
This experience was designed with intention: gentle rhythms, restorative moments, meaningful reflection, and space that does not rush your healing or your becoming. Every detail is an invitation back to yourself.
Because restoration is not indulgent. It is necessary. And you do not have to earn the right to rest. You only have to arrive.
We believe that when a woman is restored, she doesn’t just feel better—she remembers who she is. And from that place, she rises differently. Not from exhaustion, but from alignment. Not from survival, but from wholeness.
The Day of Restoration exists for that moment. For the return.

This is for the woman who has been carrying more than she says out loud.
The woman who is dependable, strong, and present for everyone else—but privately feels stretched thin, mentally full, or emotionally tired.
It’s for the woman who keeps saying “I just need a break,” but rarely gives herself one that actually restores her.
It’s for the woman who doesn’t need more information—she needs space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to come back to herself without demands.
You don’t have to be in crisis to belong here.
You only need to recognize that you’ve been holding a lot for a long time.

This is not a packed schedule. It is a guided rhythm of restoration—designed to help you slow down, soften, and receive.
Throughout the day, you will move through a curated experience of rest, reflection, and renewal. Each moment is designed with care—not to fill your mind, but to quiet it.
And as the day comes to a close, you won’t be rushed back into life. You’ll be able to linger a while as you prepare for your return to the world.

You will be gently guided through Scripture-based reflections that speak to both the heart and the lived experience of womanhood. This is not about performance or perfection—but about creating space to hear, receive, and reconnect with God in a way that feels personal, grounding, and true.

Heart & Body Based Restoration Practices
Restoration is not only spiritual—it is physical. You’ll experience simple, supportive practices that help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and become more aware of where you may be holding stress. These moments are designed to help your body feel safe enough to soften.

Many women carry more than they realize. Through guided moments of reflection, you’ll be invited to acknowledge what has been held—without pressure or judgment. This space allows for honest awareness and gentle release, creating room for peace, clarity, and renewal.

Not everything needs to be processed out loud. Throughout the day, there will be intentional pauses for stillness, journaling, and quiet reflection—allowing what you’re experiencing to settle, take root, and become your own.

There is something powerful about being in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself. This space is curated for meaningful, grounded connection—where women can simply be, share if they choose, and feel supported without expectation.

Tinez is the visionary behind the Becoming Her Day of Restoration. Throughout the day, she will gently guide your overall experience.

Dolores is a Life Coach and Owner of DH, Peoples Touch HR Executive Business Partner, and Health & Wellness Enthusiast. Dolores will support your incredible Day of Restoration.

As a counselor, educator, and founder of The Lotus W.E.L.L., Char will guide your moments of reflection and emotional release.
Licensed Therapist & Mental Health Advocate
Eloise Prescott, L.Ac. , RMT
Eloise is a Licensed Acupunturist and Master Reiki Teacher. She will hold space for your moments of energetic healing during the day.
Rayna Barnard
Rayna Barnard will lead our “Pilates & Prayer.” This session is a way to build a deeper connection with Christ and your body through prayer, journaling, and a low impact workout that uses slow, rhythmic movements to challenge your body in a new way.
Aisha Waters
Aisha will create an intentional yoga and breathwork experience that invites you to pause, be present, and reconnect with yourself.

Leslie Prescott, LMT
Leslie is a Massage Therapist, Reiki and Sound Bath pracitioner. She will hold space for your moments of sound healing and massage therapy during the day.
Keona Sparks
Keona is the Founder & CEO of Keys Essentials. Keona will hold space for your moments of truth telling and reflection.
The Extended Day of Restoration
For those who feel called to linger a little longer, the Day of Restoration gently continues beyond the closing moment.
Following our time together, please stay a while and enjoy our lovely courtyard, some music, light refreshments, photo opportunities and leisurely shop with our curated selection of vendors. Additionally, the Restoration Lounge will remain open for you to experience sound healing, Reiki, mini chair massage sessions or just sit quietly. This is not a separate experience, but a soft extension of the day.

“Is this just another event I’ll attend and then go back to normal life unchanged?”
No. This experience is designed around integration, not stimulation. The goal is not to give you more to do—it’s to help you return to yourself in a way that lingers after the day ends.
“What if I come alone?”
Many women do. You will not be made to feel alone here. The space is intentionally designed to feel safe, and gently welcoming from the moment you arrive.
“I’m really tired… what if I don’t have the energy for a full day?”
